Lifecasting orders

The casting session itself takes about 15–30 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the cast. Finishing, redefining, painting and framing, takes around 1–3 weeks. We will keep you updated in My Account and by email at every stage, and our team confirms delivery or pick-up arrangements with you.

Gift store orders

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched after your order is confirmed. Handcrafted and personalised items are made to order; the expected dispatch time is shown on the product page. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email. You can also follow your order in My Account.

Damaged in transit

Castings and glass frames are packed with care. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
